    Step 1

    Your blood tests

    A health check with blood tests, blood pressure measurement and analysis by a cardiologist, giving answers about your risk of heart attack.

    • Blood tests with analysis of cholesterol (blood lipids), blood sugar, kidney and liver function, thyroid and Lp(a) which is a genetic marker for cardiovascular disease

    Step 3

    Two examinations for your heart

    If you are in the risk zone, you get the opportunity to do the type of heart scanning that suits you best.

    Advanced

    CT heart scan. An advanced scan where we produce a complete image of the coronary arteries – the blood vessels that supply the heart with oxygen.

    Simple

    Calcium score. A simpler scan that provides an overview of the amount of calcium in the coronary arteries. Calcium in the coronary arteries is only seen if you have developed atherosclerosis.

    The examinations are performed at leading clinics in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Uppsala.

    Step 4

    Results and treatment

    After your scan, we book a video consultation where you receive your results based on a detailed and personalised heart investigation. You get a medical statement with results, plan and images of your heart's unique vessels.
